Help family with a computer without installing anything

When someone says “I do not know what I am looking at,” send them a screen-share link and guide them while they stay in control.

Built for the awkward support moment

Instead of asking them to install remote desktop software, create a whisperblinks screen-share room and send the link. They open it, join the room, and share their screen.

It is intentionally not remote control. You can see the screen and talk them through the fix without taking over their device.

Good for

  • Reading an error message together
  • Finding a setting or menu
  • Helping with a form, printer, account page, or app screen
  • Showing someone where to click while they remain in control
