A lightweight Windows IPTV viewer for legal Xtream services and free M3U playlists.

JTN IPTV Viewer is a Windows desktop app built with WPF, .NET, LibVLC, and VLC runtime support. It is designed for testing and watching lawful IPTV sources, including Xtream-style services and direct M3U/M3U8 playlists. The public project includes source code, starter list options, and packaging scripts for a Windows installer ZIP.

The public version includes a few free M3U starter lists so users can test the app without entering a private provider account. Free M3U playlists do not require a username or password. Use Refresh Live Only inside the app to load channels.

Output:

Unzip the installer package and run:
.\install.cmd
Updates replace the app files but keep user data under:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\IptvViewerStored locally on Windows
The app stores saved services, favorites, history, continue watching, guide data, and cache files locally under
%LOCALAPPDATA%\IptvViewer.
